up architecture designs a new inspiring workplace for Nova College in Haarlem enabling a cultural transformation by shifting behaviors and interactions between staff. Nova is a regional ROC school full of young, energetic and ambitious students. Diversity, inclusion and empowerment are at the core of the identity of Nova and stood as such at the base of this distinctive interior. The 2500m2 activity related workspace is designed to empower hybrid working for the staff and board of directors of Nova. This project is completed at the end of October 2021.
